Hi! I'm the appointment and billing coordinator for our office. I love the diversity of my job and staying busy. I love to see how happy patients are when they are finished with treatment and enjoying their beautiful smile! The orthodontic process is pretty magical, and I'm proud to be a part of it. When I'm not in the office, I spend my time with my husband, Eric, and our two sons, Cade and Pierce. I also enjoy getting out for a run!

Carrie

As the financial coordinator for our office, I primarily take care of insurance submission.  I also answer the phone, schedule appointments and answer questions about insurance benefits or billing.  When I am not in the office I enjoy spending time with my husband Joe and our son Sean.  I am also an avid animal lover and have two cats that I rescued; Scout and Carmel.

Laura

I have been an orthodontic assistant since 1999, and truly love my job! I provide direct patient care and follow up with patients after appliances are delivered. I enjoy getting to know everyone who comes to visit us, and am very patient with people who are just starting treatment and might be nervous. By the time they leave the office, they are always relieved at how easy their appointment was! At home, I have a husband and two wonderful children. My whole family was treated in this office!

Hi there! I'm an orthodontic assistant in our practice, and I provide direct patient care and do lab work. My favorite part of my job is getting to know our patients and families. I always have cheerful conversations with the patients, making them feel completely at ease! When I'm not at work, I enjoy working out and being a soccer mom! My husband's name is Dennis, and we have two sons. Alan is 14 and Mason is 12. We also have 3 dogs and live on a deer farm!

Sandy

As a treatment coordinator, I assist new patients from the time they come in for their first appointment through their treatment consultation.  I also answer questions and assist with the financial aspects of their care.  I have worked in the practice for over 18 years, starting when my daughters were patients here.  All of them have beautiful smiles now!  Outside work, I love spending time with my family; my husband Bob, our four grown daughters (and their husbands) and our infant grandson.

Amber

As an orthodontic assistant, I help our doctors chairside, and take patient records. I interact with each patient by seating them in a room and spend a few minutes talking to them about their day. I strive to make their visit a pleasurable one, and always listen to their concerns and show compassion. When Im not in the office, I love to spend quality time with family and friends.

Denice

As a dental and lab assistant, I do the majority of the lab work. Each treatment begins with me and ends with me! In the office, I pour and trim the initial and final models and make the retainers. It is very rewarding to know our patients wear the retainers I make with so much effort and care, and that in the long run, the retainers will help to keep their smiles looking perfect! I love to work for this office because I feel part of an important team of people who help others improve their smile and self-confidence. I was born and raised in Mexico and speak Spanish. If you speak Spanish, feel free to chat with me when you visit the office or if you need help in any way. I have a wonderful husband, Ramon, and three beautiful children, Israel, Suzel, and Ramon. When Im not at work, I love to spend my spare time at the gym running and spinning. On the weekends, I enjoy spending time with my family and shopping.
